Inclusion of Adhoc Relief of Rs. 300/- in Pension

Many visitors of my site asked me to provide the Notification of Inclusion of Adhoc Relief of Rs. 300/- in Pension. I found the same notification that was issued by the office of Military Accountant General, Rawalpindi vide letter No. 301/AT/Pen/3278-XXX dated 29th July 2006.

According to this notification it had been decided to treat Adhoc Relieves viz Rs. 300/- and Rs. 100/- allowed by the Govt of Pakistan vide Finance Division O.M No. F-1 (17)-Imp/97 dated 05/03/1977 and F.1 (9)/Imp/99 (I) dated 31-12-1999 reckonable towards Pension for those who retired employees in BPS-1 to BPS-16 (including those who were in BPS-17 by virtue of move over) who were in receipt of adhoc relieves at that time of their retirement.

    madam, Adhoc Relief Rs, 300/- yeh allowance tu 01.07.1997 to 30.11.2001 tk he na. aur wo bhi non-gazeted k liye.
    Ap ne oper likha h k yeh allowance 90th se he agr 90th se he tu ap mujhe us ka notification plz send kareen thx alot

    Daughter you have a good platform to know govtnotification and policies.
    Please approachFinance Division and ask that retired govt pensioners are apprlaching
    you to know the latest. So please request them when Findivisionissued letter on FST
    approvalto MAg for financial effects. Its clear that there is any problem to issue orders
    for implementation. As for as budget is concerned which will be automatically allotted in Jul in next year but orders for implementation may be issued by Finance Division for all retired
    persons.

    Pleasemake efforts in this regards.

    2nd request, kindly tell me that has ministry of finance division issue notification of double pension after 15 years of retirement or 75 years age ?. as per High court orders. this is my elder brother case.

    • Dear the notification is not yet issued. However whenever this notification will be issued it will be applicable to the employees after 15 years of retirement.

      Yes, Notification has been issued by Government of Pakistan Financed Division (Regulation Wing) No. F.13 (13)-Reg.6/2011 Islamabad 11th March, 2013.

    Dear madam. I retired and proceeded on pension from 14 July 2003.May I entitle for grant of such adhoc benefit in pension as per MAG Rawalpindi or otherwise. kindly help me.
