Notification of 20% Increase in Salaries of All Federal Govt Employees under Ministries/Divisions

Finance Division Regulation Wing, Islamabad  has granted 20% Special Allowance to the employees working in the Federal Ministries/Divisions vide Notification No. F.10 (2) R-3/2012 dated 6th March 2013. Now there has been done 20% Increase in Salaries of the FG Employees. This allowance will be admissible wef 1st March 2013.

This allowance is not admissible to the employees of President’s Secretariat, Prime Minister’s Secretariat, Wafaqi Mohtsib’s Secretariat, Federal Tax Ombudsman’s Secretariat, National Assembly Secretariat and Senate Secretariat, and all such other entries who are already being paying any additional allowance and other facilities.

  3. Asslam-o-Alaakum Mam i am serving in Miltery Angering services till 1995.But we are not allow to take the things from CSD.We have an Army No but we have not to awail this service Please if you can do some thing we will very thankfull to you.

AOA Mam Head clerks ko grade 14 dia gia tha 2007 se ma defence me hoon hamain ye grade 2011 me mila tha ab aik notification nazar se guzra ha ka upgradation pe one prematured increment b mele ga jab k hamari sirf nia scale 14 me fixation hui thi.     Thanx for ur response….. Two questions needs to be cleared… First one about 15% increase in salaries of grade 1 to 16….. Second about 20 Special Allowance after LHC decision…. Whether this will be applicable to Armed Forces also or not?

  8. اسلام آباد…اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ نے حکم دیا ہے کہ تمام سرکاری، نیم سرکاری اور کارپوریشن میں کام کرنے والے ملازمین کے الاوٴنس میں اضافہ کیا جائے۔اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ میں وفاقی سیکرٹریٹ کے ملازمین کے لیے 20 فیصد خصوصی الاونس سے متعلق درخواست کی سماعت ہوئی، سرکاری، نیم سرکاری اور کارپوریشن میں کام کرنے والے وفاقی ملازمین کی جانب سے درخواست دائر کی گئی جس میں موقف اختیار کیا گیا کہ وزیراعظم نیمارچ 2013 میں صرف سیکرٹریٹ ملازمین کے الاونس میں اضافے کا اعلان کیا جو ان کے ساتھ تفریق ہے، درخواست میں استدعا کی گئی کہ تمام ملازمین کو الاونس اضافے کا حق دار قرار دیا جائے، جسٹس شوکت عزیز صدیقی نے حکم دیا کہ تمام سرکاری، نیم سرکاری اور کارپوریشن میں کام کرنے والے ملازمین الاونس میں اضافے کے حق دار ہیں۔

    I am an armed forces person and have bit concern but for information purpose only……….There are a number of news on increase of house rent allowance according to 2011 pay scale, 20% increase in conveyance allowance and medical allowance of Scale 1 to 15…. Can you confirm me about its truth….?

    Is 20% adhoc relief is available to the staff working in National savings, which is an attached department of ministry of finance. Right now we are not being paid this allowance. Can any one guide us in this matter specially admin.

    We are working in Pakistan Bureau of Statistics is an attached department of Federal Govt. I want to ask about 20% Special Allowance whether is grant to us or not. and if not approved why, please clarify. and second is our pay scale revised or double salary option will be given or not.

  17. Please Confirm. I learn through daily DUNYA news paper. Therefore, I intend to know will this increase in salries also deem to be applied for those Federal Govt. employees in Karachi? While, In pursuance of Finance Division.Govt. of Pakistan order, the Vice Chancellor of Urdu University Karachi has approved 20% special allowance of their employees w.e.f. 1.3.2013.

According to Dunya news paper dated 26-3-2013 , In accordance with the Finance Division Order, the Vice Chancellor of Urdu University , Karachi Prof. Dr. Zafar Iqbal has approved 20% SPECIAL ALLOWANCE of their employees w.e.f. 1st March, 2013. Please confirm the position about those department of Federal Govt. in Karachi.

    isi problem main govt ka time complet ho jaye ga aur humko protest karny ka moka he nai mily ga.aur jab tak salary mily ge tab tuk govt ja chuki ho ge aur authority khatam ho chuki hoge.

    I think it is very biggest cheat of federal govt.

    I m the employee of Pakistan Maritime Security Agency, It is the attached department of Ministry of Defence, Serial # 22A Schedule 3 , like FGEI, it comes under Ministry of Defence, affiliated with Pakistan Navy.. We are paid through Civil Estimate Budget.

    Do this notification also applies on Us.

        Madam. i m working as Lineman-II lin NTDC. Recently I got Diploma n Electrical Engineering, Now i have applied for the post of L.S-II. My Superior officers _ SDO, XEN, Project Directorr _ have wrote favourable remarks & recomended my case but HR & Admn section filed my case. Madam will u please guide me is this possible in existing rules. or any rout that i can adopt.

  29. Ministry officials said the Supreme Court, the Federal Council of Revenue AGPR armed forces and those who agreed to pay two employees will not be entitled to a special allowance of 20%.

    AGPR, privileges Secretariat of the President, the Prime Minister, the Federal Board of Revenue, the judiciary, armed forces, national highway and motorway police, the post-earthquake reconstruction and rehabilitation authority, National Accountability Bureau and security staff of the Prime Minister joined the club, have the right to enjoy the special allowance.

    I think this allowance is all Federal Government Employees not for any Ministry or Division. i am a employee of Main Ministry, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Directorate of Electronic Media & Publications, Karachi, as Stenotypist BPS – 14, so i think Government will give us.

  35. Dear Visitors, This Notification is still only for the employees working in Ministries/Divisions. Not for the employees of attached departments. However the strike in Islamabad is in progress to apply this 20% Special Allowance to the Employees of All the Attached Federal Departments i.e FGEIs, Wapda etc. Thanks

  36. AOA. I think this OM is only applicable to employees working in the main buildings of ministries/divisions. if so it is clear cut discrimination on part of the govt. it should be extended to all employees. SUO MOTO action is requested from CJP/Chairman PAC of National Assembly.

    Imlementation of this notification is only limited to ministeries and division or it may be implmented to attached departments of ministeries? like FGEI an attached dept of ministry of defence. Fedeal directorate and FGEIs employees also get it or not?

      2. This Notification is applicable to the only Secretariat Employees. All those “Civil Servants” who are working in the Federal Ministries and not all the Civil Servants of Federal Government. This notification will be revised soon and shall be made applicable to all the Ministries/Divisions/Attached Departments….This 20% enhance is not applicable to FGEI’s employees.
