Govt of Sindh Finance Department has already issued Notification No. FD. (SR-II) 11-5372/05 dated 23rd January 2006 regarding the Reimbursement of Medical Claims in Respect of Retired Employees of the Province of Sindh Government.
In this notification it is has been clarified that all the cases relating to Medical Re-Imbursement Claims in respect of the retired employees of Govt of Sindh are to be entertained in Finance Department Karachi, even if the amount of claim is less than 5000/- as per existing policy.
