Govt of the Punjab Services & General Administration Department (O & M Wing) has issued Notification No. DS (O&M) (S&GAD) 5-3/2013 (AB) dated 3rd September 2013 in connection with the clarification of regularization of contract employees in Punjab.
In connection with the Notification No. even dated 20-08-2013 & 21-08-2013, clarifications are being sought from the Regulation Wing, S&GAD from the different authorities on the following points:
The contract employee appointed upto which date may be considered for regular appointment?
The contract employees appointed before the issuance of the Policy Notification dated 02-03-2013 are entitled to be considered for appointment on regular basis.
The regular appointment of the contract employee may be issued immediately after completing procedural formalities in accordance with the provisions of the policy Notification, if eligible otherwise. However the date of issuance of orders shall be the date of their appointment on regular basis.
I appointed as SSE Bio&Chem Bps _16 at Distt Chiniot on April 2012 and transfered to Distt Rawalpindi on Actober 2016 during contract after my transfer EDO EDU Chiniot regularized their teachers exccept me
And sent my case to EDU EDU Distt Rawalpindi for regularization bt EDO EDU RAWALPINDI again sent my case with covring letter to Distt Chiniot for my regularization bt CO EDU Chiniot not agree to consider my case for regularization meanwhile my salery has been stoped from Account office Distt Rawalpindi due to expiry of my contract.
1_What remedy is available for my regularization?
2_Which CO EDU is responsible (Chiniot or Rawalpindi)
3_How can start/release my salery from account office Rawalpindi because I am serving in Distt RawalpindiRawalpindi
i was appointed in 1996 in market committees qadir pur rawan as sub inspector . now on 12-02-2016 after 20 years of service i was terminated on missconduct . without any charge sheet or inquiry. in showcause 2 allegations are framed that ur appointment was illegal, without fullfilling of codal formalities and u have an audit objection regarding ur illegal appointment so u r terminated after 20 years of services. what to do in this country?
i was appointed as radiographer in 1989 in BPS NO 06 on adhok bases for on years at T.H.Q.Hospital i joined my duty on 11-5-1989 in punjab health depart. on 17-6-1989 governor of punjab issued the notification regarding regularization of adhok appointments with the condition that to fulfill the criteria of the post.i was the only person suitable for this but the DHO in 1991 asked to my immidiate boss to terminate me and recover one year salary.meanwhile i found that notification and at the same time the M.S,T.H.Q Hospital recieved the power of comptent authorty for bps 1 to 6.on the behalf of governor’s notification my service was regularized by the M.S, what is my status of seniority in this matter.(If you dont mind kindly give your cell no.i want to explaine my position in this regards my cell no. is 03016754975 i shell bi thankfull to you)
Mam S&GAD archives wing and libraries department me Public Library me January ko appoint hua tha hum three contract policy 2004 pe hum bhi permanent ho gae hain ? Agr nhi tu iss policy ke mutabiq ho jaein get na tell me please.
may u inform me that the order of regularization of educators appointed in 2012 have been issued in any District or they are not covered by the letter of S&GAD.

ye to ziadti hai agar department after 10 months bad regular kerta hai to contractees ka iss mein kia qasor hai. jin departments ny pehlay ker dia hai wo to benfit mein gay contractees. ye to departments ko chahiay k ossi date sy notification karen.
dear naveed, it is time that all punjab govt employees should stand united and ask for regularization of contract employees from the date of initial contract appointment as ordered by SINDH HIGH COURT in favor of sindh govt school teachers;
