Govt of the Punjab Special Education Department has issued Notification No. So(Estt.)9-3/2014 dated 20-10-2014 in connection with Regularization of Psychologists BPS-17 of Special Education Department Punjab.
These Psychologists-17 have been regularized with effect from 11th July 2014. The total Number of Psychologists BPS-17 who has been regularized is 46. These appointees will remain on probation period in terms of section 5 of the Punjab Civil Servants Act, 1974 and Rule 7 of the Punjab Civil Servants (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rule 1974.
The period of contract will not be counted for pension, gratuity or leaves purposes etc. The salary component of these employees will be in accordance with the pay scale plus the usual allowances prescribed for the post against which they are now appointed. They are not entitled to 30% Social Security Benefit.

Thanks. Is she deserved option ? because pay fixed on 19.11.2014 in B-16 Rs.21200/- is increased than pay fixed on 1.12.2014 in B-15 Rs.20400/-(Diffrence is 800/- equal to new grade increment).
Dear shumaila mam my question is that if an employee was in bps 15 or below get adhoc allowance 2013 @ 15% of running basic pay but now promoted/upgraded from lower grade to higher grade i.e in bps 16 or above. what will his/her adhoc allowance of 2013 at 15% of running basic pay or 10% of running basic pay?

Pay on 18-11-2014 Rs. 19700/- BPS-15
Pay on 19-11-2014 Rs. 21200/- BPS-16 (Next Above + Premature Increment)
Pay on 01-12-2014 Rs. 21200/- BPS-16 (No Annual Increment)
2nd Condition With Option
Pay on 30-11-2014 Rs. 19700/- BPS-15
Pay on 01-12-2014 Rs. 20400/- BPS-15
Pay on 02-12-2014 Rs. 22000/- BPS-16 (Next Above + Premature Increment)
So you have benefit with the Option.

Dear shumaila it means after promotion/upgradation from bps-15 to bps-16 or above also gte 15% of adhoc allowance 2013?
Dear Abbasi, ARA 2010, 2011,2012, 2013 and 2014 are also admissible on promotion upgradation.

Dear Vickey it is 15% for KPP & Sindh Govt Employees. It is 10% for the Federal & Punjab Govt Employees.
