Government of the Sindh, Finance Department has already issued Notification No. FD (SR-I) 1 (52)/2010 dated 07-06-2010 in connection with Time Scale Notification Sindh Govt for School Teachers.
Many employees of the Sindh Govt School Education Department had requested me to publish the said Notification, although the pay scales mentioned here in this Notification are not the same as the teachers of the sindh Govt are now enjoying yet this notification may be useful for many purposes. I have also linked this notification with the revised notifications issued in 2014.
Time Scale Notification Sindh Govt
According to this Notification, Sindh Govt has been pleased to allow/sanction incentive of higher grade on the basis of time scale to the teaching staff of the school side of Education & Literacy Department with the following terms and conditions with effect from 7th April 2010:

The award of higher Time Scale will be subject to the following conditions:
The benefit of time scale will be considered and allowed on the basis of recommendations of respective competent forum after scrutiny of service record/ACRs etc instead of allowing by simple Notification/order.
Higher Scale will be considered as personal to the incumbent without allowing premature increment at the time of pay fixation in the higher grade and the award of higher grade will not create any right to claim any higher post.

Asalam-o-Alaikum! Subject specialist had put case in court regarding their time scale objection only BS-17 TO BS-18. NO any further time scale promotion. Is there any latest notification regarding timescale promotion of subject specialist ?
