The Supreme Court of Pakistan has issued its orders on 13-02-2015 in connection with Upgradation Case of Accounts Staff of IESCO.

Decision on Upgradation Case of Accounts Staff of IESCO

The Supreme Court of Pakistan issued judgment dated 13-2-2015 against the appeal filed by Islamabad Electric Supply Co. (IESCO) for grant of stay against the judgement of Islamabad High Court judgement order dated 30-9-2014.

Background

Accounts staff of IESCO filed appeal in Islamabad High Court Writ petition No. 4413/2013 for upgradation of posts of Accounts staff w.e.f 12-9-2005 date from which Government of Pakistan Finance Division Islamabad had allowed to Accounts & Audit staff under Ministry of Finance & other Government organizations.

Islamabad High Court in judgement dated 30-9-2014 directed the IESCO Management to issue notification of upgradation of posts within period of 2 months. IESCO Management didn’t issue the orders within given time frame and petitioners filed application for contempt of court proceedings which was allowed by Islamabad High Court.

IESCO Management filed in Supreme Court of Pakistan for grant of stay against the judgment of Islamabad High Court orders which was fixed on 13-2-2015. 03 member bench of Supreme Court of Pakistan on 13-2-2015 dismissed the appeal of IESCO Management being time barred.

Iesco Management Aaisay nahe manege Iss issue ko maia main lana paray ga Capital talk main because ganjoon ke hakoomat sirf wo adalti faislay manti ha jis mein in ka faida ho agar kisidost ko hamid mir sb ka cell no maloom to pl bhejen me un se bat karta hoon take court ko bhe ko bhe maloom ho pmln adalti faisloon ko nahe manti
