Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has issued letter No. 1(2)/2017-PW dated 04-04-2017 in connection with Selection of Welfare Staff-Moavineen for Hajj-2017 (Sponsored by Their Departments).

I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to request that each Minster Division Department Provincial Government may recommend 20 candidate/candidates for selection as Welfare Staff – Moavineen from amongst the employees in BPS-09 to, 17, the criteria. Teams of Reference and Duties & Responsibilities of the candidates are attached.
- An amount of Rs. 252,100/- and Rs. 252,100/- as following break-up will be paid by the Minister Division Department concerned on behalf of employees of BPS 09-16 and BPS 17, respectively, irrespective of their stay in Saudi Arabia: –

The payment will be made in advance through a Pay Order or Bank Draft in the name of Secretary, Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, Islamabad.
- The nominee may be clearly informed that he/she is proceeding for Hajj Duty and not for performing Hajj. This would enable him /her to concentrate fully in serving the Hujjaj.
