Salary Increase According to Budget Speech 2017 for Government Employees has been shared here for the Government Employees. According to the budget speech 2017, the following financial benefits have been granted to the employees:
Merging of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2010 and 2016
According to budget speech 2017 Adhoc Relief Allowance 2010 and 2016 have been merged. ARA-2010 is @50% of the pay scale 2008, while ARA-2016 is @10% of the Basic Pay Scales 2016.
Revised Pay Scale 2017
According to budget speech Revised Pay Scale 2017 will be introduced after merging ARA-2010 & ARA-2016.
Adhoc Relief Allowance 2017
Adhoc Relief Allowance 2017 has been introduced @ 10%.
Minimum Wages 2017
Minimum Wages will be Rs. 15000/- per month instead of Rs. 14000/- per month.
Constant Attendant Allowance
Constant Attendant Allowance has been raised from Rs. 3000/- to Rs. 7000/-
Increase in Pension 2017
Pension has been increased @10% for the Government Employees.

Only ARA of 50% for all Govt employees except armed forces is being merged in basic pay and ARA 10% after merging will be given. Whenever any ARA is merged, Pay Scales are revised so there is no confusion about revising of pay scales, annual increment will also increase. For armed forces ARA 100% will be merged in basic pay then ARA 10% and 10% zarb e azab allowance will be given (not 20%+10% but only 10+10%). So this is just normal for civ employees and very good for Pak armed forces. Good luck to Pak Army, Navy and PAF, Enjoy this special increase by GODFATHER and pray for other brothers employees.
