Government of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Department has issued Notification No. FD(SOSR-II)8-26/2017 dated 12-09-2017 in connection with Prison Allowance 2017 by KPK Government. Detail is as under:
The Governor, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is pleased to allow Persian Allowance @ one month pay equal to initial pay scales of 2016, sanctioned vide Finance Department`s Notification No.FD (SOSR-ll)8-26/2012 dated 26/07/2012 in respect of all the employees of the prisons Department with immediate effect and until further orders, subject to the following conditions:-
The said allowance-
a) Shall not be treated as part of the emoluments reckonable towards pension or; the recovery of House Rent;
b) Shall not be admissible to the employees other than regular employees working again the sanctioned posts of Provincial inspection Team;
c) Shall be admissible during the period of leave except extra ordinary leave and;
d) Shall not be admissible to the employees of Provincial Inspection Team posts/deputed outside the Organization.
