Notification of Financial Assistance Package Local Government Servants

Government of the Punjab, Local Government & Community Development Department has issued Notification No. LCS (Acctt-Apptt)-2(71)/2005 dated 05-01-2017 in connection with Financial Assistance Package Local Government Servants. Detail is as under:

Reference Finance Department`s letter No. FD-SR-1/3-10/2004 dated 15.08.2017 on the subject cited above.

  1. The same has been adopted with the approval of the Authority/Secretary, LG & CD Department. It should be implemented w.e.f. 22.02.2017 for the employees of Punjab Local Govt. Board, all members of Local Governments and Local Governments Servants working in the Punjab, on the same terms & conditions mentions mentioned in the Finance Department`s letter dated 15.08.2017.
  2. The expenditure involved shall be met out of the funds of Punjab Local Government Board/respective Local Governments.
