Government of Punjab Directorate of Public Instructions has issued letter on 13-01-2018 in connection with Conduct of Academic Activities in Colleges.
Refer to Govt. Letter NO.PA.DS (G) ACAD Activity/2017 dated 27 November, 2017 from DS (General), Govt. of the Punjab on the subject cited above (Copy Annexed).
You have already been directed via said letter by HED to instruct the colleges under you jurisdiction to conduct Pre-Board/ Revision tests for intermediate students tentatively in the last week of January 2018. Keeping in view these instructions you are now directed to:
Send the consolidated schedule of Pre- Board/Revision tests of all the collages under your Jurisdiction till 31 January, 2018 both is soft from through e-mail-at [email protected] and in hard form through special messenger.
After conducting Pre-Board/ Revision tests reports of the all collages under your jurisdiction shall be sent to undersigned through special messenger.
