Government of the Punjab, Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department has issued Notification of Online No Objection Certificate (NOC) Portal on 01-02-2018. Summary is as under: 

I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state that the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education (SHC&ME) Department has successfully launched Online NOC Portal. Ln this connection a comprehensive training of this live portal has been given to all concerned and login credentials have also been shared.

All health professionals now can apply online for seeking NOC from this Department white applying for jab (except PPSC). All such applications for NOC may please be sent through this online portal starting from 06.02.2018 (Tuesday). It is pertinent to mention here that all such applications for NOC received through this online portal shall be entertained (w.e.f.06.02.2018). Manual submission of applications for NOC (Except PPSC) shall not be considered. This initiative has been taken only to facilitate health professionals.
