Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department has issued Notification No. SOP-III(S&GAD)3-50/2018 dated 14-02-2018 in connection with Promotion of the Employees BPS-01 to BPS-04 as Junior Clerk (BPS-11) Against 20% Quota. Detail is as under:
Kindly refer to the subject noted above.
20% posts of Junior Clerks (BS-11) are required to be filled in from amongst the employees of all categories in BS-1 to BS-4 on the basis of seniority-cum-fitness after fulfilling the following requirements:-
Matriculate (2 division); However, the condition in Second employees for all categories in BS-1 to BS-4, who have been appointed before the existing amendment vide notification dated 20.10.2011, for the promotion as Junior against 20% quota.
Have at least 3 years experience of regular service
Have a speed of 25 words per minute in typing on Computer
Provision of ACR`s.
No Inquiry / No Demand Certificate.
It is, therefore, requested to kindly forward the names of eligible candidates working in your department / office, who fulfill the above conditions alongwith the Original Service Book and Matriculation Certificates by 28.02.2018 positively. The typing test would to schedules very soon and date & time be communicated later on.

AOA Sir i would like to know if department have more post of junior clerk than 20% quota and naib qasid strength is 980 and vacant post are 150 in this situation department will select the 20% percent employees among the 980…Pleas sir help me. Thanks
