Latest Decision Regarding Assistance Package Federal Employees Who Die While in Service has been issued on 06-02-2018. The summary of the same is as under:
MIAN SAQIB NISAR, CJ,- The question involved in these matters has already been resolved by this Court vide order dated 08.01.2018 passed in the case of Federation of Pakistan through Secretary Establishment Division Islamabad and another Vs. Salma Bibi and others (Civil Petitions No.1161/2017 etc.), copy whereof has been placed on the record by the respondents` side. Besides, we find that these matters are fully covered by the said dictum. Resultantly, the present petitions are dismissed on the basis of above said order and for all intents and purposes, the above said order shall be read as part and parcel of the instant judgment.

AOA, sir I am appointed on P.M assistance package on 2009 and regularize on 2013 vide Islamabad high court order. But department put this regularisation under the condition of provisional Regularization. They said FBR filed CPLA against the high court order decision in supreme court.i don’t have any updation. aoa sir my father hs died in 2007 during in his active service in pakistan railway under hq peshawer raily. my brother appointed in bps-1 under pm package. his qualification is 3 year diploma in electric but he has appointed as electric moawin in bps-1, which is unjusticenes.my brother put aplication for upgradtion but railwy did not consider it, however many spouse of govt emply have been appointed as ldc,udc and tcr on matric basis, pls guide me in this matter how can i upgrade my brother in eectrical enginer in bps-11 at dae electric basis

AoA Sir Haider Ali, hope u are fine. My brother was martyred in a suicide attack on 5/13/2008. At that time there was no policy of enhance package and the government made payment in 2012. After that we filed an appeal in Peshawar High Court for enhance package notified by Govt of KPK. Court decided case in favour of the deceased families. But Govt refused to give enhance package. After many COCs, the Court failed to implement his order and at last on 23.10.2018 our case was sendized. As they saying that CPLA and someone case was rejected by Supreme Court. Sir help me in this regard. Either we file appeal in Supreme Court or otherwise

Sorry ,Not Eligible it is Only For those Whose date of death is in between 15-6-2013 to 8-2-2015.

13 May 2018 is the last day of Prime minister ,
Hopefully Before that Government Of Pakistan issue A general Order Notification For all Effective.
Pm Package Is Approved by All Departments.
Only Prime Minister Approval Is Pending Now.

Don’t mis-guide people. there is not notification to be notified. some departments have already paid the effective employees after contempt case.

It is Informed that Supreme Court Of Pakistan Order Dated 8-1-2018 Is Under Consideration With Finance Division for Financial Implications and mode of payment and as When it is Finalized It Will be Notified Accordingly.
I repeat, Payments have been made to some of the petitioners through contempt of court case, I have seen cheques myself. So Kindly do not believe or make others to believe on such false rumors.
Its an obvious and understood thing, If notifications would have to be issued, Courts should had to order the Finance or Establishment division to issue notification. Courts have directly ordered the departments to make the payments immediately. that is why some of the departments have made the payments. I’m one of the application of this case, and I am gonna file contempt of court against my department for non implementation. So be intimated, that NO SUCH NOTIFICATIONS ARE GOING TO BE NOTIFIED.
and when the Court orders any department to make payment, in the contempt of court case, department will must obey the court. they won’t wait for any notification.
But The Payments Which are awarded to deceased Family ,
This family Case is decided By Supreme Court On 8-1-2018.
but they Didnot File For Contempt.
This is A Case of Ministry Of law And Justice.
There Payments Are Approved By Secretery Ministry OF Law And Justice.
They have paid ,I Know But You are Notified For this Package Please Wait You Will be Notified Soon .
They Have Paid On the Basis Of Supreme Court Judgement dated 8-1-2018.
Not On the Basis On Contempt.
The Familes Which received Payments After Supreme Court Judgement ,
They Didnot File a Contempt Against Govt.

We, all the deceased families hope that Establishment Division, in co-operation with the Finance Division, issue notification regarding provision of Assistance Package 2014 to the deceased families whose father/mother died between june 2013 to 8th feb 2015.
But I also force all the families that if you do not get the payment within the time given by the courts, Please file Contempt case, because without it, departments are not so good, that they will offer you the amount without pursuing your case. As, the Main advocate Mr. Haider Ali has already file contempt cases for many families. Because the Courts know law more than Us. Courts directed the departments to provide the package. That doesn’t mean if the Government issue notification next year in 2019 so we must wait for one year, NO. one should pursue the case. However, I thank Mr. Mehmood Ur Rehman to provide such useful details.
Sir, Now I understand what you are saying. Notification will be issued at any case. I’m sorry I mistook your statement. But I have a question, If no notification is issued before the last day of the government, Will I get payment through Contempt case? cause as far as I know, contempt punishment is 6 months jail or some rupees fine.
