Government of Sindh, Finance Department has issued on 21-02-2018 in connection with Upgradation, Change of Nomenclature, Creation of New Posts and Sanctioned Strength of Post in Sub-Ordinate Courts of Sindh. Summary is as under:

The Secretary to Govt. of Sindh, Law Department, Karachi may kindly refer to the approved Summary for Chief Minister, Sindh on the subject noted above.

In compliance to the directives passed by Honourable High Court of Sindh vide order dated 27.10.2016 and subsequent order dated 21.12.2017 passed in C.P. No.D-1313 of 2014 alongwith C.P. No. D-4286/2013 & 791/2014, and with the approval of Competent Authority i.e. Chief Minister, Sindh, Finance Department agrees to allow the up-gradation, change of nomenclature, creation of new posts and sanctioned strength of posts in sub-ordinate Courts of Sindh with immediate effect as per details below:-
