Hyderabad Electric Supply Company has issued Notification on 31-05-2018 in connection with One Month Basic Pay Bonus HESCO Employees. Detail is as under:
Reference: 143rd HESCO BOD Meeting held on 30.05.2018 & minutes circulated vide this office letter No. HESCO/CS/Min-143rde BOD/meet:/8059-78 dated 31.5.2018
Decision: The BOD accorded approval to grant one month`s pay as honoraria / bonus to all categories of HESCO employees as under:
Employees penalized with major penalties during the current financial year are not entitled for the instant bonus / honoraria.
Employees who are under suspension are entitled for the instant bonus / honoraria after the outcome of the pending disciplinary matter but if are not penalized with major penalties.
Employees on deputation abroad / local and extra ordinary leave (EOL) are not entitled for the instant bonus / honoraria.
All employees working in regular, contractual, daily wages & part time capacity are entitles for the instant bonus / honoraria as per the basic pay / salary.
Employees recently transferred / absorbed in HESCO from other entitles who already received bonus / honoraria earlier during the current financial year from their parent entitles are not entitles are not entitled for the instant bonus / honoraria.
