Government of Pakistan Finance Division has issued letter on 29-05-2018 in connection with Revision Assistance Package for Federal Govt Employees Who Die in Service. Detail is as under:
The undersigned is directed to refer to Establishment Division`s O.M. No. F.8/19/2016-E.2 dated 30th march, 2018. On the subject noted above and to state that the cases of assistance package can be submitted to Finance Division for considered of funds` provision through re-appropriation/Supplementary grants through respective FAs.

With the efforts of juris corp we have been able to get this notification of cases pending in contempt of court proceedings now widows get rights bcz of exteme pressure of cases above 82 by juris corp n 14.
