Office of the Inspector General of Police National Highways and Motorway Police has issued Office order on 13-06-2018 in connection with Upgradation APO & JPO. Detail is as under:

In pursuance of sanction letter bearing No. 4(34)/2002-PMP.Vol-V dated 24-04-2018 of Ministry of Communications, duly endorsed by the Finance Division (JPOs) and Assistant Patrol Officer (APOs) stand up-graded from BS-05 to BS-07 and from BS-07 to BS-09, respectively, in National High Ways and Motorway Police w.e.f. 02-05-2018. The station-wise details of sanctioned posts are as under:-

2. The expenditure involved wil be met from sancitioned budget grant under demand No.20 Ministry of Communications during Financial Year-2017-2018.
3. This issues with the approval of Inspector General of Police, NH&MP.

It is to mention here that the Notification of of Upgradation of the Post of JPO & APO by Ministry of Communication has already been issued on 24-04-2018.
