Government of Sindh, Finance Department has issued Notification on 13-07-2018 in connection with Grant of Service Structure/Incentive of Higher Grade Time Scale to the Employees of Works & Services Department Sindh. Summary is as under:

With the approval of the Compact Authority i.e. Chief Minister, Sindh, Government of Sindh is pleased to allow / sanction incentive of higher grade on the basis of time scale to only those employees of works & Service Department who are holding isolated /non-promotional posts (BPS-1 to BPS-13) of different cadre’s subject to obtaining specific concurrence of Finance Department after scrutiny and examination of the cases and completion of odal formalities with immediate effect.

The detail of Service Structure / Time Scale are as Under: however, any post mentioned in the below table found promotional, shall not be considered for award of higher grade.
