Government of the Punjab Finance Department has issued Notification on 29-08-2018 in connection with Environment Protection & Tree Plantation. Detail is as under:

I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and draw your attention towards ongoing campaign of Punjab Government regarding tree planation and environment protection.

I have further been directed to convey the directions of Competent Authority that slogan “SAVE TREES & PROTECT ENVIRONMEMENT” (Font: Engravers MT. Font size 12 pt) mat be used on all official correspondence of Finance Department, from now onwards, as cited on header of this letter.

It is to mention here that orders have already been issued regarding billion tree plantation in Punjab and committee in this regard has been constituted.
