Supreme Court of Pakistan has issued its decision on 10-11-2018 in connection with English Teachers Senior Cadre-EST is Junior Cadre. Detail is as under:
GULZAR AHMAD, J.- Learned ASC for the review petitioners states that the petitioners in their own cadre are senior most employees and on such observation the matter may be disposed of. Whether the petitioners are senior most employees in their cadre or not, the same is the matter of fact and law and the order under review does not apparently affect any of the right of the petitioners and if they have any grievance, they can always challenge the same by availing remedy in accordance with law. The review petition is, therefore dismissed.
In view of dismissal of the review petition, the application for implement has become infructuous, which is dismissed as such—-
