According to the ESTA CODE there is Relaxation in Upper Age Limit Contract Employees in Government Department. Detail is as under:

There is 15 years relaxation in upper age limit but maximum upto 55 years as per the rules for those who have completed minimum 2 years service on the closing date of receipt of the applications.

According to the rules the relaxation of age is for the Government Servants and as the contract employees are also Government servants so this relaxation in age is also for the contract employees.
