Directorate of Inspection / Registration of Private Institutions Sindh School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh has issued Notification on 11-01-2019 in connection with Monthly Fee Challan Instead of Quarterly / Bimonthly by Privately Managed Institutions / Schools. Summary is as under:
It has come to the notice of the undersigned that various privately managed institution / schools are issuing quarterly or bimonthly etc fee challan to the students studying in their Schools, which is clear violation of “The Sindh Private Educational Institutions (Regulation & Control) Ordinance 2001, Amendment Act-2003 and Rules-2005”.
2. The administration of all Privately Managed Educational Institutions of Sindh is hereby directed to issue only monthly fee challan instead of quarterly / bimonthly which has already been communicated by this Directorate vide Circular No, DIR/I&-R/PIS/EDU/GOS(7584-7683)/2018, dated: 23-11-2018.
3. It is also directed that fee for the months of summer vacations shall be collected/ charged in the month of summer vacations (month wise) only.

Private schools in Lahore sending a messages attached PDF file order which is signed by judge its a soft copy without signature of concerned judge superemecourt and asking from parents to submit full summer fee 2019 as court issued order in favour of them regarding the full fee of summer allowed by supreme court in 18 June 2019. Whether its true order or not?
