Government of the Punjab, Directorate General Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal, Punjab has issued Notification on 11-01-2019 in connection with Class IV Employees Promotion as Junior Clerk BPS-11 against 20% Quota. Detail is as under:

Class IV Employees Promotion as Junior Clerk BPS-11 against 20% Quota (BPS-01 to BPS-04)

According to the instructions of S&GAD Government of the Punjab, 20% posts of Junior Clerks (BPS-11) are required to be filled from the employees of all categories in BPS-01 to BPS-04 employed in the respective office / department / functional unit who are otherwise suitable for appointment to the post after fulfilling the following requirements:

• Matriculate (2^nd Division)
• Have at least 3 years experience in regular service
• Have at least 25 words per minute in typing on computer
• Provision of ACR’s
• No Inquiry / No Demand Certificate

                You are requested to forward the names of eligible candidates  working in your respective divisions who fulfill the above said requirements and furnish the requisite certificate within a week positively to proceed further in the matter.
