I am sharing the Arrears Calculations Sheet FGEIs Up-gradation of MTTs to ESTs 2019 prepared by Mr. Muhammad Akram for this website. It may not be 100% ok but it is nearly to the accurate.

It has been tried best to put the formulas accurate. However there may be some errors and mistakes. But it is very helpful to calculate the arrear amount.
