House Rent Ceiling with Monthly Salary Islamabad Judiciary. Detail is as under:
Payment House Rent Ceiling with Monthly Salary Islamabad Judiciary
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule-26 of the Islamabad Judicial Service Rules, 2011 and Rule-3(4) & 18 of Islamabad Capital Territory Civil & Sessions Courts Ministerial Establishment Service Rules, 2011 read with Finance Division`s O.M. No. 1(5) Reg.12 80-Vol-IV-Exp.III/2002-124, dated 05.03.2009, the Hon`ble chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to approve the payment salary of House Rent Ceiling (in place of House Rent Allowance) with monthly salary of all the Judicial Officers (including ex-cadre) of Islamabad Judicial Service and all the Employees of District Judiciary (East & West), Islamabad w.e.f. 1st July, 2019; increases shall also be applicable as enhanced by the Federal Government from time to time.
