Pay Package of Engineers Working in various Departments of
the Govt of Punjab as per the meeting of the provincial cabinet on 24-04-2019
has been approved. Detail is as under:
Secretary Irrigation briefed the Cabinet that a Cabinet Committee regarding pay packages of Engineers working in various department of the Government was constitution on 04.02.2019. This committee has recommended that Engineers working in various governments department`s may be granted Technical Allowance @ 1.5 times initial basic pay (as per pay scale 2017) w.e.f 01.07.2019. Accordingly, it was decided to place the matter before the Cabinet for approval.
