Government of the Punjab, School Education Department has issued Notification on 06-05-2019 in connection with Conduct of Daily Afternoon Meeting of CEOs, DEAs. Detail is as under:

Kindly refer to this office letter of even No. dated 21-02-2019 regarding conduct of daily morning meetings of CEOs, DEAs in the Districts.

2.       It is intimated that the Secretory School Education has directed that all CEOs, DEAs shall start having Afternoon Meeting on closing of official business hours daily that will continue until summer holidays and the morning meeting will be restarted after the expiry of summer holidays.

3.       You are requested to ensure conduct of daily Afternoon meeting at 03:00 PM and the respective CEO, DEA shall furnish only ONE snap covering all participants along with image of attendance sheet with name & designation, through Whatsapp Group before 03:15PM daily. Officers on leave or official duty should be mentioned clearly in the attendance sheet.

4. Moreover, the similar directions may be passed on to all Dy.DEAs to conduct Afternoon meetings at Tehsil level in their offices and send the snap and attendance to the respective CEO, DEA.
