Lahore Electric Supply Company has issued Notification on 15-05-2019 in connection with Regularization of Contract Employees of LESCO. Detail is as under:

Reference: This office letter No. HRD/19137-44 dated 25.04.2019.
                     In this regard, it is intimated that LESCO is in process of regularization of contract employees in the light of PEPCO’s guidelines conveyed vide letter No. GM(HR)/PEPCO/DA/305-17 dated 12.03.2019. The record of the officers for consideration of regularization board has been completed. There is disappointment amongst young officers due to non-regularization of their services. LESCO is already in shortage of experienced staff and in the wake of delayed future recruitment, it is likely that in case of their lost, the work of company will detoriate and replacement is also not forthcoming.

                     It is therefore requested that further guidelines regarding regularization of services of contract employees in terms of your letter be conveyed so that the expectation of the young officers be fulfilled and they be offered regular employment of the company.
