Approved Summary of the Punjab Clerical Staff Upgradation 2016 has been received and the same has been approved on 1st January 2016.
The summary with the subject “Minutes of meeting with the committee to deal with the demands of APCA (All Pakistan Clerks Association)”. According to this summary, Chief Minister has seen and is pleased to approve the proposal contained in para 6 read with paras 16, 17 and 18/ante. The Notification of time scale promotion is not justified, it is clear discriminatory treatment as compare to clerical staff. Time scale period should be five year, which was initially recommended
The government not want to give equal rights to all the employs? if giving promotion to one cader then why not to others also? the people who working in other caders at these scales they also having the rights of promotion. they also upgraded according to the said policy. when the govt. self not sure about her responsibilities and not ready to give equal rights to the people then how think that people may think to cooperate with the govt. Kindly the authoritative bodies focus on that whenever make any policy must implement equally. kindly upgrade the technical and computer related people also. after all they are also human beings and the citizens of this country and living in this province, where govt think just for the specifications.

Please clear that, if a technical official i.e lecturer Assistant is working in BPS-7 and his service is more than 10 years. He will be promoted to scale 8 or BPS-7 to BPS-11 like junior clerks. Please clear this issue.

Jab kay pori campaign na chaliye jaye tab tak computer operators ko koi ghaas bhi nahi dalay ga q k computer operators / data entry operators / data coders jo k bps-12 mei hain in ki taadad bahoot kam hai aur koi plateform bhi nahi hai u unity ka and na he koi service structure hai promotion kay hawalay se and newspapers mei dena chahye and tv per koi khabar chalni chahye tak k awan-e-iqtedar mei bethay NAWAZ SHARIF ko and SHEHBAZ SHARIF ko patay chalay kay computer operators / data entry operators / data coders bhi insaan hai aur un ki bhi promotion honi chahye and computer allowance mei bhi izafa hona chahye
before that summary assistant/assistant accountant and accountant was working in same grade i.e Bs-14 but the assistant accountant was reporting to accountant.
