Government of the Balochistan, Finance Department has issued Notification No. FD(R-I)III-79/D.A/2015/2835 dated 07-12-2015 in connection with Clarification of Assistant as Gazetted.
In this regard the notification on the subject “Up-gradation of the post of Assistant (BPS-14) as BPS-16 (Drawing & Disbursing Officer)” has been issued.
According to this Notification, the undersigned is directed to refer to your letter No. GAD-1/6402 dated 11-09-2015 on the subject noted above and to say that as per Rule-7 of Balochistan Civil Servants (Change in nomenclature of services and abolition of classes) Rules 1974, BPS-16 carries the corresponding grade to former class-II and Gazetted posts (copy enclosed).
According to this reference letter the category of Grades of the employees is as under:
