Government of the Balochistan, Finance Department has issued Notification No. FD(R-I)III-79/D.A/2016/794-914 dated 13-05-2016 in connection with Upgradation of Senior Clerk & Junior Clerk in Balochistan.
According to this Notification, the Government of Balochistan, is pleased to upgrade the specific nomenclature of posts wherever exists in the province with effect from 1st July 2016.
The post of Senior Clerk (BPS-11) is hereby upgraded to BPS-14
The post of Junior Clerk (BPS-09) is hereby upgraded to BPS-11
Consequent upon upgradation of posts mentioned above, the Administrative Departments shall start process to make amendments in the relevant Service Rules in the prescribed manner and thereafter, place cases of promotion of the incumbents before the appropriate Departmental Promotion Committees to meet the requirement of Para-19 (a) (xviii) of the Balochistan Civil Servants Promotion Policy 2012.
