Peshawar High Court Peshawar has issued Notification No. 239-5 dated 22-12-2016 in connection with One Advance Increment for all Judges and Staff of Peshawar High Court and allied branches.

According to this Notification, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub Para (iii) of the Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Finance Department Letter No. SO(A/Cs)FD/2-1/96, dated 07-12-1996 read with Fundamental Rule- 27, Hon’ble the Chief Justice, Peshawar High Court, Peshawar has been pleased to allow one advance increment to all the Judicial Officers (both in-cadre & ex-cadre) including Judicial Officers working in the Peshawar High Court, Peshawar, the allied Benches, and the Ministerial Establishment of the Peshawar High Court, Peshawar, the allied Benches and Staff of the District Judiciary and the Anti-Terrorism Courts ( excluding Judicial Officers, Staff of District Judiciary and the Ministerial Establishment of Peshawar High Court and its allied Benches of the Anti-Terrorism Courts newly appointed during the current calendar year) in recognition of their commendable services rendered towards dispensation of justice, with immediate effect.
