Prime Minister Office has issued letter No. 1359/M/SPM/2017 dated 26-04-2017 in connection with Approval of Special Allowance @25% to the Employees of POF.
According to this letter, the Prime Minister has been pleased to approve the following special benefits for the employees of Pakistan Ordnance Factories and Its allied establishments:
i- Grant of POF Special Allowance @ 25% of the Basic Pay to the employees of POF Wah and other allied offices; and,
ii- Grant of two (02) advance increments to the employees of POF Wah and other allied offices,
- The Prime Minister has further desired that payment shall take effect from 1 May, 2017 and shall be Payable through 1 pay drawn on 1 June, 2017 positively, The amount payable during the last two months, of the current financial year shall be released as a supplementary grant by the Finance Division.
