Office of the Director General Pakistan Post Office Department has issued letter on 04-05-2018 in connection with Case of Upgradation Various Posts in Pakistan Post Office Department. Detail is as under:

A case for up-gradation of the different posts of Pakistan Post Office Department is in process with Establishment Division has requested to provision of following information.

  1. Organizational structure / Office Hierarchy shape of organization as well as Sanctioned Strength of each category of office (i.e PMG Officer, GM, PU, Chief Controller of Stamps, Postal Staff College, Regional Offices, GPOs and Divisional Superintendent Postal Services GPOs, HPOs, HSGs, LSGs).
  2. Yearly workload of each office (Function-wise) during the last 03 years. Year wise Consolidated statements along with summary of each office and whole Circle / Region may be provided separately.
  3. Pease ensure the submission of requisite information to this office within a week positively for its onward submission to Establishment Division. The soft copy of requite information may also be shared with this office on email ([email protected]).
  4. This may be given top most priority.
