Government of the Punjab, Punjab Teachers Foundation (School Education Department) has issued Notification on 29-05-2018 in connection with Notification 20% Discount Blue Card Regarding the Medical Tests Facility to All Govt of Punjab Teachers. Detail is as under:
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), regarding the medical test facility to all Punjab Government Teachers Community has been revised between Punjab Teachers Foundation and Chughtais Lahore Lab (Pvt) Ltd in the office chamber of MD, PTF on 08th May, 2018 at 3:00 P.M. Furthermore MOU is upgraded on website www.schools.punjab.gov.pk & hhts://7.pitb.gov.pk and an email forwarded to above said concerned officers.
You are requested to kindly inform all your concerned officers with the instructions that this massage may also forwarded through email to all schools & collage, so that Government teachers may avail 20% discounts on blue card facility from Chughtais Labs on all medical test/investigations.
Moreover, beneficiaries and their dependents (parents & family) can avail above said discount by getting blue card from nearest Chughtais Labs, which will be issued to them one card for one family free of cost/cost/charges.
It is to mention here that Punjab Government has already issued Notification regarding Free Lab Tests in outsourced laboratories.
