Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department Government of the Punjab has issued Notification on 28-06-2018 in connection with Annual Increment Policy Punjab Health Facilities Management Company. Detail is as under:

PHFMC board of directors during its 4th meeting held on 15.04.2018 has accorded approval for increment policy as under:
a) For the all kind of employees of PHFMC / Defunct PRSP-CMIPHC increments which have become due on any failing between July 01, 2017 to June 20, 2018 will be allowed from July 01, 2018 to bring uniformity in the due date of increment. However, this increment will be allowed on pro-rata bais . This will also be principal for the following years for grant of such increments.
b) Board approved 10% annual increment for the PHFMC/ Ex-PRSP employees at the Head Office & District Offices.
c) Board further decided that no increment is to be given to the employees having less that 3 months` service at his credit 30th June of every year.
d) Board decided that in further, an in house committee headed by CEO PHFMC will ensure that poor performers do not get any increment as increments are to be linked with performance.
e) Board further decided that all paramedic staff and Doctors under PHFMC will continue to have increments at the rate approved by the Government for the pay scale/ category of posts to which they belong subject to the principles set forth above.
f) Board further decided that no increment shall be given to the employee if he received any special increment during the year.
