Notification of Collection of Fees & Charges at Arazi Records Centers

Punjab Land Records Authority Government of the Punjab has issued Notification on 22-07-2018 in connection with Collection of Fees & Charges at Arazi Records Centers. Detail is as under:

No. PLRA/PPP/ 10-2018. In exercise of powers concurred under Sections 5 and 18 of Punjab Land Records Authority Act, 2017, and with a view to consolidate and streamline collection of fees & charges at Arazi Records centers for provision of efficient services to the public Land Records Authority (PLRA), in supersession of all previous communications made in this behalf, is pleased to prescribe as under:

Sr. No.	Nature of Service Provided	PLRA`s Processing Fee (Inclusive of BOP charges, NADRA Blosys Verification charges).	Board of Revenue Charges
1.	Extract from computerize record	Rs. 350/-	As notified by Board of Revenue, Punjab from time to time.
2.	Computerized attestation of mutation	Rs. 500/-	As notified by Board of Revenue, Punjab from time to time.

Note.

The services rendered from express counters shall be subject to charges notified vide communication No. PLRA/CFO/2730 dated February 21,2018 only.
This Notification will be effective from 24.07.0218.
