Government of Pakistan Cabinet Secretariat Establishment Division has issued Notification on 09-11-2018 in connection with Clarification Prime Minister Assistance Package for Families of Govt Employees Who Die in Service. Detail is as under:
The undersigned is directed to refer to the subject noted above, and to state that it has come to the notice of the Competent Authority that Ministries/ Divisions/ Attached Department/ Subordinate offices request for clarification as to whether the services of employees who were appointed under the Prime Minister`s Assistance Package (PMAP) during the period from 15-06-2013 to 09-02-2015 may be regularized in accordance with the directions of this Division`s OM circulated vide OM No. 8/13/2016 E-2 dated 11-06-2018 or otherwise
This Division issued an Office Memorandum pertaining to PMAP with the approval of the Prime Minister stating that the families of the government servants who died during the period from 15-06-2013 to 09-02-2015 shall be entitled to avail the benefits of PMAP-2014 issued on 20-10-2014.

Dear, i want to know about PM assistance package my sister was govt employee in survey of Pakistan under Ministry of Defence she has been died in 2019 in service death she was unmarried and she has nominated my sister in his life for pension and other dues now my sister is taking pension in place of my deceased sister, my sister who is now taking pension is also unmarried, my question is that is my sister eligible for PM Assistance packg which is plot payment and some amount please guide me.

Dear, there is always confusion in terms of Family Assistance Package. Do your have such memorandum wherein it is clear that only those ex-employees children can be appointed who died during service after 2006 or it is applicable for all ex-employees who died during service irrespective of the date of death. i have received cases of 2000, 1999 etc. kindly guide me whether these applications can be entertained?????
in case if any organization appoint a child of ex-employee whom died in 1999, and organization appoint the child in 2015 and till today the organization extended there contract period, each contract period is for 2 years, so please guide k ya regularize kasa ho ga ?

Rs 4300000 has been sent to the account of principal of FG Degree College okara against family assistance package but he is not delivering the payment to me and other brothers and sisters as per share determined in succession certificate of the court what can I do plz guid
My Federal Government colleague was died on 24.07.2013 his net pension comes to 6931 without increases and medical. please tell me the total pension including increases and medical. After that please also tell me the year was further increase in pension till june, 2019. I shall be very thankful to you

PM Assistance Package is with effect from 2006.

The regularization of the said employee depends on the regularization policy of the said department.

You should request again to the principal if you have solid reasons and if still not then you should submit request to the higher authorities.
