Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Forestry, Environment & Wildlife Department has issued Notification on 01-03-2019 in connection with Relaxation Ban on Hunting Cranes (Live Catching) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Detail is as under:

No: SO (Tech) / FE&WD /VILL-10 / 2017 / PC-3:-  In exercise of the powers conferred by Section-3 (f), 15, 55 (b) & 69 (2) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife & Biodiversity (Protection, Preservation, Conservation and Management) Act, 2015 (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act No: 1 of 2015), the Competent Authority has been pleased to relax the ban on hunting (live catching) of cranes in the Province (imposed vide this Department Notification No: SO (Tech)/ED/VIII-10/2014/PC/2282-87, dated 26^th September, 2014), commencing from 1^st March, 2019 to 15^th April, 2019 subject to the conditions.
