Government of the Punjab,
Special Education Department has issued Notification on 18-04-2019 in
connection with Guidelines for Sanction of Ex-Pakistan Leave for Performance of
Umrah or Other Nature. Detail is as under:
It
is in supersession of this Department`s letter No. PA/AS/Gen/2018 dated
18.04.2018 on the subject captioned above (Copy enclosed).
2. Competent Authority has
been pleased to approve the following conditions for sanction of Ex-Pakistan
leave to visit abroad or for performance of Umrah to be following strictly.
(i) Requests for sanction of Ex-Pakistan leave
will be routed Directorate General of Special Education Punjab, Lahore. No
direct request will be entertained by the Administrative Department.
(ii) Request for Ex-Pakistan leave should be received
in the Department 07-days prior to commencement of leave.
(iii) The Ex-Pakistan leave cases of officers /
officials working in Special Education Department will be entertained in
accordance with Revised Leave Rules, 1981 and Contract Appointment Policy, 2004
for regular and contractual employees respectively.

An employee who was serving in BPS-17 got deceased. his total length of service is around 10 years.
but he is married to a russia woman. Now.
what she is required to provide me as his next of kin,,,or kinder role for pension release/.requirement.
and if she is eligible for being his wife. what are the main requirements…
keeping in view that he got married with her before his appointment in govt. sector….
