I am sharing the News on 11-06-2019 Regarding Salary Update Budget 2019-20 for the Government employees. Detail is as under:
According to the Daily Dunya Newspaper dated 11th June 2019, there are chances of the increase in salary and pension 10% to 15% for the employees and pensioners.
According to the sources there is only 10% increase in salaries and pension for the employees. It is 99.99% confirm. Let’s wait for the Budget Speech. May be there some change with the passage of hours but upto now it is 10%.

Please guide about this situation that a person who will be retired on 11.11.2019 in BS -14 with the Basic Pay 35070/= whose amount will be entitled for the leave encashment payment, while he is promoted dated 06.05.2019

Please guide about this situation that a person who will be retired on 11.11.2019 in BS -14 and he will spend six month duty (06.05.2019 to 11.11.2019 after promotion) in the present scale, is he will be entitled annual increment ?, while I am listing that increment is started on 01.12.2019

He will surely get annual increment as he has 6 months service in new scale.

Dear budget me utility allowance bhi the na uska kiya hua
I think no chances.
