National Highway Authority (Secretariat Headquarters) has issued letter on 03-07-2019 in connection with Examination / Consideration of Contract / Daily Wages Employees – NHA. Detail is as under:

The committee convened a preliminary meeting on the subject issue, scrutinized the record provided by the coordinator of the committee, After examination of available record/data, the committee os of the view to clarify/ confirm the following:

1. Whether minutes of meeting of Cabinet Sub-Committee on regularization of contract employees /daily wage employees dated 13^th March, 2013 issued on 9^th April, 2013 in respect of the 57 contract/daily wage employees forwarded by the Establishment Division were received in NHA?  
2. If the MOM received in NHA duly forwarded by the Ministry of Communications, what is the date of receipt & who received the same?
3. If MOM dated 13^th March, 2013 duly received, who not implemented?
4. Whether name and record of all the 57 Contarct/daily Wage Employees listed in the MOM 3^rd March, 2013 was forwarded by NHA to MOC for regularization or otherwise?
