Government of the Punjab, School Education Department has issued Notification on 19-08-2019 in connection with Guidelines for Verification of Teachers Data on HRMS School Education Department. Detail is as under:
Guidelines for Data Verification on HRMS School Education Department
As you are well aware that the exercise for online updating of teachers data on HRMS, has been completed successfully. Upon completion of exercise, the verification process in the first phase, is being commenced from today i.e. 19-08-2019 to 25-08-2019 for Head Teachers (M/F). In the second phase, AEO, Dy.DEO and DEOs, shall conduct verification process in schools as per their administrative jurisdiction during the period from 20-08-2019 to 27-08-2019.
The following guidelines shall be observed by the respective authorities during the process of verification of teachers data on HRMS:-
. Primary School.
1st Phase
Head to verify teachers date of all categories and will EDIT data where correction is required.
2nd Phase
As soon as the data is verified submitted by the Head Teachers, it will start appearing immediately In the AEO login for re-verification.
. Elementary School
1st phase
Head to verify teachers data of all categories and will EDIT data where correction is required.
. 2nd Phase
As soon as the data is verified/submitted by the Head Teachers, it will start appearing immediately in the AEO login for re-verification.
. High & H.S. School
1st phase
Head\Team to verify teachers data of all categories and will EDIT data where correction is required.
2nd Phase
As soon as the verified/submitted by the Head /Team, it will start appearing immediately as follow:-
DEO (M/F) – FST, ESE, EST, SESE.
DEO (SE) – SST, SSE, SS, SSS, H.T.
