Pay Protection Contract Employees Orders of Punjab Service Tribunal

I am sharing here the Pay Protection Contract Employees of Education Department Punjab Orders of Punjab Service Tribunal. These orders have been issued on 18-09-2019. Summary is as under:

Appellant filed instant C.M application for implementation of order dated 12.04.2018 with the following prayer:-

“It is therefore, respectfully prayed that the respondent may graciously be directed to implement the order dated 16.04.2018 in its true prospective”

Today, the case is fixed for submission of implementation report/ compliance report but neither such report submitted before the court nor any satisfactory reply has been submitted by the respondent department. The conduct of the respondent/department is highly objectionable. The implementation report filed on 19.07.2019 depicts that for implementation of the order to the extent of 37 appellant summary has been moved by the Government of the Punjab School Education Department, which has been moved to the chief Minister, Punjab but today paper has been submitted by the law Officer appearing on behalf of respondent (Secretary School Education, Department) shows that the respondent (Secretary School Education, Department) has constituted committee for thrashing out the manner.

At this stage since the matter has got prolonged by the Secretary School Education Department /respondent on the pretext of moving summery to the Chief Minister Punjab through Finance Department Punjab but in this regard, the order of Tribunal is yet to be complied with in letter and spirit. The learned District Attorney and the petitioner side in present state of affairs submitted that ultimately, the matter has in be complied with by the District Education Authority as well Account Officer of the concerned District, no the CEO (Education) and account Officer of concerned District are required to comply with the order of this tribunal to the extent of percent petitioners and 36 others in letter and spirits after receiving orders of this Tribunal preferably within 2 months under information to this Registrar of this Tribunal.
