Chief Executive Officer (DEA) Sargodha has issued Notification on 24-02-2020 in connection with Regularization Junior Clerks from First Joining. The Notification regarding regularization of service of Junior Clerk BPS-11 from the date of joining recruited on contract basis under Rule 17-A of Punjab Civil Servants (Appointments & Conditions of Service) Rules-1974 issued.
According to the Notification, 7 JCs have been regularized from their date of 1st joining into government service as contract employees under Rule 17-A. The appointee will remain on probation in terms of section 5 of the Punjab civil servants act 1974. The department can withdraw these orders at any time, if found contrary to rules at any later stage.
