I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and request you to provide details of recoveries/figures for the special allowances @ 25% wrongly made to the following employees of BS-1 to BS-19, who is not entitled to grant Special Allowance 25%- 2021, of your district:-
Fixed TA / DA and Stationary Allowance sanctioned to officers / officials (Tehsildar (BS-16) @ Rs. 14,000 (20 dailies), N.Tehsildar (BS-14) @ Rs.10,500 (15 dailies), Qunungo (BS-11) @ Rs.1,000 @ Rs.7,020 (18 dailies) and Patwari (BS-09) @ Rs.6,240 (16 dailies) & Rs.1,000 as stationary Allowance) of Revenue Department.

The employee of Audit Department of Federal Govt. posted in Provincial Government as Divisional Accounts Officers of Public Work Department drawing audit and accounts allowance 20% of basic pay are not entitled to special allowance @ 25% being federal employees.
