Azad Jammu & Kashmir Government Death Assistance Package AJK was Restored just like Federal Government. This is a good step of the AJ&K Govt for the families of the employees who die while in service.
Restored Death Assistance Package AJK 2022
- Same benefits as Federal Government to the son, daughter, wife or husband of the employee who die while in service
- Full salary to the family of the deceased employees till the age of 60 years (date of superannuation)
- Jobs to the son, daughter, wife or husband without any advertisement without any test. The Government will regularize the same employees after completion of probation period of two years without any advertisement
- The family of the deceased employee will get complete medical government facilities
- The financial claims for the family are as under:

Difference Between Federal & AJK Assistance Package
In Federal Government, the Govt gives jobs to the family member on a contract basis for five years which is after every five years extendable. But this is a good step for the AJK Govt by allowing regular jobs after two years contract period. I have already given in detail the difference of PM Assistance package 2006, 2014 and 2015 for Federal employees.
