Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, Finance Department has issued a Notification on 22-07-2022 in connection with DRA 2022 GB @ 15% of Running Basic Pay. This Disparity Reduction Allowance 2022 is based on the basic pay as on 30th June 2022.

The Gilgit Baltistan Government has also issued Notification of Revised Pay Scales 2022 GB and Adhoc Allowance. The employees of GB were struggling for a long to get this DRA. Now the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan has allowed their employees to get this DRA 2022 on running basic pay as on 30-06-2022.
The employees on suspension from service will also get this allowance
Government employees who are on Extra Ordinary Leave (EOL) will not get this Disparity Reduction Allowance
Employees availing Leave Prerioty to Retirement (LPR) will also get this allowance
